SECURITY - Passion Accounting

Passsion Accounting has implemented various controls and monitors it continuously to ensure security is delivered as per the commitments. We have always been highly conscious of handling sensitive client and patient information with the utmost confidentiality.

All our accountants and bookkeepers have high regards with integrity and confidentiality. Also, we have a non-disclosure agreement in place duly signed by all our staff. Our staff want your business to succeed as much as you do – it is a great opportunity for our staff to work with excellent US/Canada/New Zealand companies. They treat it very seriously and are aware of the consequences for breach of confidentiality.

Anything which is related to People, Technology, Physical, and Network infrastructures, our four key stages take care of them, especially the security.

Physical Security

  • Access to work areas is controlled by proximity access card systems and every entry/exit from work is daily recorded
  • Random audits are carried out to ensure security policies are followed. Non Compliance of the same leads to disciplinary action.
  • Fire security and alarm system consisting of smoke and heat detectors, sensors, and a complete control panel in the Guard Room.
  • Our premises are guarded by supplementary access control devices and CCTV monitoring systems which makes sure, any illicit entry does not take place.

Data/Network Security

  • Appropriate backup mechanism is in place to prevent data loss.
  • Access to the local drives of our server are restricted based on the process the employee are assigned to.
  • Every employee has it's unique username and password to access his/her workstation.
  • Appropriate backup mechanism is in place to prevent data loss and Weekly updation of the anti virus pattern on every system

Confidentiality

  • Restricted access to internet websites and the same is allowed only if it is a process requirement.
  • Continuous monitoring of the web traffic and disciplinary actions are taken for any violations.
  • Every employee signs a Non- Disclosure Agreement at the time of recruitment and any breach of the same leads to termination of employment.
